There is a wealth of information available on the internet and through other resources on a wide variety of immigration topics. The information may be useful, but it can also be very confusing. U.S. immigration laws and procedures are complex and ever changing. Consulting with an experienced immigration lawyer can prevent missteps and misconceptions when applying for or determining eligibility for immigration benefits.
A legal consultation to discuss your specific immigration matter can be conducted with one of our attorneys in-person, by telephone or by e-mail. The consultation includes a review of all relevant documents, evaluation of the specific facts and circumstances of your case, a discussion of any legal options that may be available, and recommended action.
In-Person Consultation:
Please call FosterQuan offices at 713-229-8733 or 713-625-9200 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation. You will be asked to provide general information regarding the type of immigration matter to be discussed.
Telephonic Consultation:
Since immigration law is a Federal practice, FosterQuan handles cases for individuals and companies located throughout the U.S. and abroad. If an in-person consultation is not practical, a telephonic consultation can be arranged by calling our office at 713-229-8733 or 713-625-9200 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation.
E-mail Consultation:
Persons residing both in the U.S and abroad can also obtain information and advice regarding U.S. immigration by setting up an e-mail consultation with a FosterQuan attorney. This is often the most convenient means of communicating, especially across different time zones. To schedule an appointment, please contact econsult@fosterquan.com and provide a brief description of the immigration matter you wish to discuss.
The cost per consultation is $150. The cost for a consultation with a partner is $250. In addition, the cost for consultations relating to investor cases as well as court proceedings and/or criminal offenses is $250 in most cases. If you retain our firm for your case within 10 days of the consultation date, the consultation fee will be credited toward your retainer payment. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card. A consultation with one of our attorneys does not establish an attorney/client relationship beyond the consultation appointment period. |
